We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and suitable for resale. This includes having all tags attached, original packaging intact, and no signs of wear such as stains, makeup marks, deodorant residue, or strong odours. Items that do not meet these standards may be declined and returned to you.
If your return meets the above conditions, you can choose from the following options:
• Refund – A full refund of the item value (excluding shipping fees, duties, and taxes)
• Store Credit – Credit for the full item value (excluding shipping fees, duties, and taxes). Store credit does not expire
• Exchange – Swap for a different size or style. If there is a price difference, store credit will be issued so you can repurchase your preferred item
Please note, orders placed using a discount code are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated duties. However, if we process an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
International Orders
We accept returns from international customers. Return shipping costs will vary depending on your location and chosen carrier, and will be calculated during the return process.
For international orders, we offer refunds or store credit only. Exchanges are not available.
